Du 9 au 11 novembre 2017, l’Association française transhumaniste (AFT) organise à Bruxelles le colloque transhumaniste international « Transvision 2017 ». Des anthropophobes du monde entier s’y retrouveront afin de dresser un état des lieux de l’inhumanisme dans leurs pays respectifs et d’envisager des perspectives d’avenir (un parti augmenté ? une organisation pour les 500 prochaines années ?)

Les curieux qui avaient raté le précédent « Transvision » à Paris en 2014 ont une nouvelle chance de voir réunies les branches du mouvement pour l’extinction de l’espèce humaine : Humanity +, Future of Humanity Institute, Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies, Israel Longevity Alliance, London Futurists, Allianza Futurista, Computational Biology of Aging Group, United States Transhumanist Party, Russian Transhumanist Movement, etc.

Au programme également, un exposé de l’anthropologue belge Paul Jorion, auteur de Le dernier qui s’en va éteint la lumière et de Se débarrasser du capitalisme est une question de survie. Souvent cité (et invité) par les cercles anticapitalistes et altermondialistes, Paul Jorion apporte aux inhumains la caution critique qui leur permet de proclamer leur ouverture d’esprit. Il joue cette année le rôle de contradicteur complaisant endossé lors de « Transvision 2014 » par Miguel Benassayag, qui le regretta mais trop tard.
Encore un qui ignore la leçon des sociologues d’Orange Lab : « Faire participer pour faire accepter » et son corollaire : « Participer, c’est accepter ». Et qui va gracieusement instruire les inhumains des griefs qui leur sont faits. La vanité rend bête.

Chimpanzés du Plat Pays, le colloque aura lieu au Grand Café Muntpunt, rue Léopold 2 à Bruxelles (voir programme ci-dessous). Il se conclura par un happening augmenté au Manneken Pis, le 11 novembre à 17h. Mais qui pissera sur qui ?
